Our Story

Meet Morgan Fix, Founder and Creative Director

Morgan grew up in Alsace, where visits to Europa-Park sparked his interest in immersive places. After studying healthcare, he changed direction and trained in architecture, interior design and urban planning.

He later contributed to Rulantica and the reconstruction of Pirates in Batavia at Europa-Park. Work across Europe and the Middle East then expanded his experience in attraction design, hospitality and on-site art direction.

Today, he leads the studio with one practical goal: turning a creative vision into a place that works.

What We Design?

Three sectors. One creative development approach.
We work where experience, place and operations meet — connecting strategy, design and delivery to create destinations that are compelling for visitors, coherent for operators and grounded in the realities of budget, fabrication and construction.

Theme Parks, Visitor Attractions & Cruise Leisure

We develop attraction concepts, themed areas, queue environments and scenic design. Each project considers visitor flow, the guest experience and daily operation.

Immersive Retail, F&B & Themed Hospitality

We design shops, restaurants, hotels and lodges with a distinctive identity. Layouts, materials and storytelling support the experience of browsing, dining and staying overnight.

Experiential Districts & Destination Masterplanning

We plan new destinations, extensions and the transformation of existing sites. Our masterplans connect attractions, hospitality, dining, retail, landscape and public spaces.
