Our Story
Growing up in Alsace, Europa-Park was the highlight of the year. Every visit left the same impression: a world built entirely to make you forget the real one. I never wanted to leave.
My early path led me through healthcare studies — a discipline I completed, but one that confirmed I belonged somewhere else. The pull toward design and spatial storytelling was stronger. I retrained in architecture, interior design, and urbanism, built the technical foundation I knew I’d need, and eventually joined Europa-Park at the right moment — contributing to projects including Rulantica and the post-fire reconstruction of Pirates de Batavia. Before 30, the childhood dream had become the job.
Entrepreneurship was never the plan. Having reached my professional dream before thirty, the ambition was to keep growing — which meant moving: working across borders, collaborating with people from different creative cultures, and learning what it looks like when themed entertainment is approached from completely different angles. That experience changed how I think about projects.
Coming back to France, the freelance structure that started as a temporary setup gradually became something worth building properly. Morgan Fix Creative is the result: a studio shaped by the conviction that the best experiences come from staying close to both the client’s vision and the visitor’s reality — with the same approach on every project: stay engaged, stay honest, and make sure what gets built is worth experiencing.

One studio. Three hats.
At Morgan Fix Creative, the creative director, the designer, and the person on site making sure it all holds together are the same person. That’s not a limitation — it’s what makes the work coherent.
