Riyadh Imagination Park
For Riyadh Season, Morgan Fix led masterplanning and design development for a seasonal entertainment destination featuring experiences associated with major intellectual properties, including Netflix and Warner Bros.
The project illustrates how masterplanning and experience design can bring multiple entertainment worlds together within one destination.
A Clear Framework for the Next Design Stage
Depending on the commission, deliverables can include a destination vision, experience programme, concept masterplan, zoning diagrams, guest journey studies and phasing principles.
We can work alongside your appointed architects and consultants or involve our architectural partner Enigami Factory and other specialists. Beyond the masterplan, our involvement can extend into design development, creative coordination and delivery, including a turnkey package for an agreed scope. The team and delivery model are shaped around your project.

Yes. We can help rethink an existing site, connect new and established areas, or explore how an expansion can improve the overall guest experience.
Can you bring an architectural partner or work with ours?
Yes. We can involve our partner Enigami Factory for architectural support, or work with your existing architect and consultants. We build the collaboration around your project, maintaining continuity between the experience vision, spatial planning and technical development.
Can we appoint you for an initial concept phase?
Yes. An initial commission can focus on the destination vision and concept masterplan. Further design development can then be defined around the project’s needs.
Can you continue beyond the masterplan?
Yes. We can continue into attraction and environment design, design development and delivery with specialist partners. This allows the destination vision to inform later design and site decisions, with each phase and its responsibilities agreed as the project progresses.
