Project Goals: The goal of the Fire City Family Entertainment Center was to create a unique and immersive indoor FEC inspired by a city and fire brigade. The park aimed to provide families with the opportunity to play together, learn about the firefighter profession, and enjoy a variety of exciting attractions. The long-term goal is to franchise the concept and expand to different locations.

Challenges: One of the primary challenges was developing a concept that could blend FEC elements with theme-park experiences to create a truly unique and enjoyable destination. Additionally, attracting investors and securing funding for the project was another significant hurdle.

Solutions: Morgan proposed an original concept that incorporated elements of both FECs and theme parks. The park would feature immersive experiences, playgrounds, an escape game, and other attractions inspired by the firefighting profession. The design would also incorporate the architectural style of the host city to create a strong sense of place.

Result: While the Fire City Family Entertainment Center is currently in the concept stage, the proposed design has generated significant interest and excitement. The unique blend of FEC and theme-park elements offers a compelling proposition for investors and families alike.
